In order to further deepen the cooperation between Henan and Wales in scientific and technological innovation and help the Central Plains to open to the outside world at a higher level, on the morning of October 25th, the Sino-British Science and Technology Innovation Platform invited Ma Qingyun, the chief representative of the Welsh Government Office in China, to attend the opening ceremony of the third Henan Science and Technology Achievements Expo (hereinafter referred to as the High-Tech Expo) and deliver a speech.

The Third Henan Science and Technology Achievements Expo (hereinafter referred to as the High-tech Expo) was hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Provincial People's Government, and undertaken by Xinxiang City. Nearly 900 people, including two Nobel Prize winners and 55 academicians at home and abroad, heads of colleges and universities, experts and scholars, presidents of domestic "double-first-class" universities, representatives of achievements transformation technology transfer, venture capital funds, investment and financing institutions, and representatives of well-known high-tech enterprises at home and abroad, attended various special activities of online and offline high-tech fairs.

This year's high-tech fair continues to take the theme of "innovation leads development, synergy and win-win", aiming to give full play to the scientific research advantages of colleges and universities, and use Xinxiang's advantageous resources such as innovation, science and education, industry and location to build technology and finance, industry and institutions, military and civilian, and local and national communication platforms, build a new pattern of regional cooperation, and strive to build a high-end platform for Henan's opening-up cooperation with international standards, and promote Zhengluoxin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to become an important scientific and technological innovation in the central region.

As a co-organizer, the platform deeply participated in the Kunpeng Ecology and 5G+ Internet of Things Industry Development Forum, which helped promote the rapid development of new infrastructure construction in the Central Plains.
