The platform organizes business etiquette training

In order to improve the behavioral norms of employees' business activities, strengthen the cultivation of personal etiquette habits and enhance the external image of enterprises, on the morning of October 21, 2020, the platform invited James Li, a visiting etiquette professor at HSBC Business School of Peking University and etiquette instructor of Boao Forum for Asia in 2016, to give a lecture and organize all employees to conduct business etiquette training in the lecture hall on the 7th floor.

In the form of question and answer, combined with practical cases, Mr. Li mainly explained the common etiquette scenes on the platform, such as handshake etiquette, table etiquette, meeting etiquette, elevator etiquette, riding etiquette and visiting etiquette, and gave on-site guidance to the participants through practical exercises. The whole training scene was warm, and everyone mastered a lot of practical social etiquette knowledge in the high learning atmosphere, which achieved outstanding results and won unanimous praise from participants.

The core of etiquette is respect, and the cultivation is emotional intelligence. For enterprises, details determine success or failure, and the behavior of employees is not only the performance of their own professional quality, but also reflects the overall image of the enterprise. The study of business etiquette and the cultivation of excellent behavior habits need continuous study and improvement, and through training, the employees' understanding of the shaping of professional quality is deepened. At the same time, the employees can integrate the requirements of etiquette habits into their daily work, constantly cultivate good professional ethics, and form a good situation for everyone to talk about civilization, etiquette and image internally. Externally, the company's good social image is displayed with standardized and high-quality service etiquette and personal charm.
