On March 11th, 2020, the first imported COVID-19 patient in Zhengzhou was diagnosed, and the platform staff working in the Jiyun Building with the patient had a great risk of infection, which greatly affected their production and life. In order to ensure the personal and property safety of other personnel in the building, at this critical juncture, the Social Affairs Bureau, as the center of epidemic prevention and control in the whole region, took the first action to seal down the building, conduct comprehensive investigation, focus on detection and centralized isolation, and provide free catering accommodation for the isolated personnel, regularly measure their body temperature and regularly conduct nucleic acid detection, thus effectively ensuring the safety of life and property of the isolated personnel. Professional medical staff also provided scientific epidemic prevention guidance and psychological counseling to isolated personnel, providing comprehensive health protection for employees physically and psychologically. After more than ten days of continuous fighting, in the prevention and control work of the Eastern Social Affairs Bureau, which adhered to the defense line, made overall coordination and made precise policy, none of the platform employees were infected, and the normal production order was quickly restored.
