On the afternoon of November 15th, 2019, with the theme of "accelerating the construction of open channels to help high-level opening to the outside world", the sixth issue of "Bimonthly Talk on Suggestions and Suggestions of the United Front" sponsored by the United Front Work Department of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Zijingshan Hotel, Zhengzhou. At the symposium, Ren Xiang, Chairman of Sino-British Science and Technology Innovation Platform, as one of the 10 speakers, made a special speech on "Expanding the cooperation between Henan and Britain in science and technology innovation with Sino-British science and technology innovation as a bridge". President Ren Xiang focused on building a Sino-British cooperation platform for science and technology innovation, helping Henan's science and technology innovation to go out and bring in, and suggested that the government establish or support third-party international innovation service institutions, and focus on attracting international innovation platforms and institutions led by overseas Chinese from Henan to return to Henan.
