On the morning of June 30th, Zhengdong New District celebrated the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China（CPC） and the national mobilization meeting for the establishment of a civilized city was held in the auditorium of Zhengzhou No.47 Middle School. Members of the Party Working Committee, Management Committee and NPC Working Committee of Zhengdong New District; The main person in charge of each bureau (office) of the CMC; Team members of each township (town) office, and principal responsible persons of each vertical management unit; Party representatives at city and district levels, representatives of retired veteran cadres and workers; Party branch secretary of some villages (communities) and "two new" organizations; Nearly 1,000 people attended the meeting, including the person in charge of the city civilization creation site. The meeting read out the Decision of the Party Working Committee of Zhengdong New District on Naming Pioneer Party Branch and Pioneer Communist Party Members and Commending Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations, Excellent Communist Party Members and Excellent Party Workers, the Notice of the Party Working Committee of Zhengdong New District on Rewarding Demonstration Sites of Grassroots Party Building, the Notice of Zhengdong New District Management Committee on the Results of the First Zhengdong New District Moral Model and Civilized Citizens Selection, and the Notice of Zhengdong New District Management Committee Office on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of "Greentown Messenger" Voluntary Action in Zhengdong New District. In 2018, the conference commended the representatives of advanced grass-roots party organizations, outstanding Communist Party members, moral models, civilized citizens and industry pacesetters in Zhengdong New District, and awarded flags to the representatives of the East District Volunteer Service Brigade. Finally, Niu Ruihua, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengdong New District and executive deputy director of the management committee, made an important speech.
