At the seminar, Mu Ruitao, executive vice president of Digital Innovation Institute of Platform Digital Economy and chief technology officer of Digital Micro-technology, first gave a speech on the theme of "Tao and Technique of Digital Transformation in Traditional Industry". He said that how to ride the digital wave of transformation has become the key for most enterprises to achieve their growth goals. In the practice process of digital transformation of enterprises, we need clearer objectives, methods, strategies and tools to guide the specific work. We need to find our own strategy, culture, ability and organization, explore the integration, symbiosis, complementarity and mutually beneficial cooperation mode and business model, and constantly make use of Internet thinking to innovate ideas, so as to finally achieve balance and maintain sustainable development.
Sun Junyuan, deputy general manager and CTO of E-Software, shared the difficulties, paths and optimization strategies of digital transformation with the theme of "disadvantages and opportunities of traditional manufacturing industry in the process of digitalization", analyzed the current situation of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry and the great challenges in the process of transformation from macro to micro depth, and communicated with participants on the new direction and path of manufacturing transformation under the digital wave.
Next, Zhiyou, Director of Regional Architect of Alibaba Cloud SMB Business Unit, gave a speech on "Alibaba Cloud Empowers E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship to the Sea", and deeply shared the strategy, technology empowerment and business innovation path of cross-border e-commerce. Zhiyou believes that under the new strategic development pattern of "domestic and international double circulation", the cross-border e-commerce industry that is entering the digital transformation period of the whole process needs to improve its internal strength, and use digital technology and digital tools to promote the optimization and upgrading of all links in the whole process of going to sea.
Subsequently, Wang Jian Bai, Director of Microsoft's Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Division, took "Digital Transformation and Upgrading of Technology-enabled Travel Industry" as the theme, and from the pain point and bottleneck of travel industry development, introduced a new mode of travel integration in digital economy, and explained the development path and exploration results of digital-enabled travel industry in simple terms.
In the roundtable forum session, participants combined with industry experience and investigation and research, conducted in-depth exchanges on how to avoid the "digital trap" in the process of digital transformation, expounded the common misunderstandings in the process of digital transformation of enterprises around the aspects of strategy, tactics, implementation and organization, and put forward practical suggestions for specific problems.
