During the investigation, Ren Xiang also introduced Microsoft's "Cloud and Mobile Technology Incubation Plan" in cooperation with Microsoft-Central Plains Longzihu Digital Economy Entrepreneurship Innovation and Cultivation Center. He said that as the first dual-innovation cultivation institution in Central Plains supported by Microsoft and set up in Zhengdong New District, the cultivation center focuses on the digital economy industry, focusing on the digital transformation of traditional industries and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial teams in digital economy-related fields such as offshore business, meta-universe and advanced manufacturing, and exploring innovative models suitable for the development of digital economy in Central Plains. In the future, the cultivation center will fully integrate the innovative ecology of Microsoft and the appeal and cohesion of international brands, platforms and technologies, provide tailor-made special support and cultivation policies for incubating enterprises, create a more fertile environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivate more excellent digital talents, incubate more high-quality science and technology enterprises, and help the development of digital economy in Henan.
After listening to the report, the research delegation fully affirmed the development and achievements of Digital Innovation Institute, and said that at present, the province is vigorously implementing the digital transformation strategy, with the top-level design basically taking shape, stronger basic support, accelerated breakthrough of core industries, continuous deepening of integration of the two industries, comprehensive improvement of digital governance ability, increasingly strong transformation atmosphere, and more prominent role of digitalization in leading, inciting and empowering.
