First, Ren Xiang introduced the background of the establishment of Digital Innovation Institute to the relevant leaders of colleges and universities, and said that under the leadership of Zhengdong New District and Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Management Committee, Digital Innovation Institute, in conjunction with the high-level scientific and educational resources of the 22nd Institute of CLP, Pengcheng National Laboratory and high-level universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, cooperated deeply with domestic and foreign head enterprises such as Microsoft (China), Yuncong Technology, Neusoft Education, etc., and provided innovative services for digital industry by building a computing carrier of talent data. Build a high-end talent training base of digital economy, build a high-end talent training hub and talent introduction bridge of digital economy in Henan Province, build a "digital Henan army" for the development of digital economy in the whole province, and provide technical support and intellectual guarantee for digital economy industry in Henan.
Duan Pengfei introduced the digital talent training project in detail from the aspects of its mission, innovative mode, core team, hub and carrier, core functions, introduced universities and enterprise resources, etc. He said that the Digital Talent Training Project is an innovative talent training platform built by Central Plains Science and Technology City with Henan's strategy of "innovation-driven, science and education-based, talent-strong and digital transformation" as the background, focusing on the talent supply of Henan's digital economy industry development, and taking "gathering talents, establishing industries and creating ecology" as the core goal. Through the offline enterprise joint practice training base and online digital talent innovation service big data platform as the carrier, the five related modules of talent, government, enterprise, training and university are integrated to bridge the gap between digital talent resource supply and industrial demand, and realize the benign intercommunication and mode innovation of talent related elements in digital economy industry. At present, Digital Yucai has established relationships with 106 enterprises and universities, jointly trained 9,713 digital talents, and signed 45 cooperative enterprises.
The leaders of colleges and universities who participated in this survey said that the improvement of the training level of applied talents must be based on the understanding of enterprises' employment needs. At the school level, we should strengthen teaching and research, optimize personnel training programs, optimize the construction of teaching staff, strengthen practice and experiment, and innovate the resource integration mechanism of practice teaching. In the future, I hope to strengthen cooperation with digital talents, innovate the specialty and curriculum system, and coordinate with multiple subjects to formulate talent training programs, so as to effectively solve the problems of educating people and employing people in the current process of industrial digitalization, digital industrialization, and urban intelligence, and provide talent support and guarantee for the future industrial trend of "digital defines everything" in Henan.
