During the visit, Ren Xiang introduced that the Central Plains Longzihu Digital Economy Entrepreneurship Innovation and Cultivation Center is the "first dual-innovation institution focusing on the digital economy industry in central China" supported by Microsoft. The cultivation center was established by Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Zhengdong New District Management Committee, and Henan Digital Micro Technology Co., Ltd. was authorized by both parties to be responsible for the operation and management. The project is committed to incubating high-tech enterprises in digital fields such as big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and mixed reality, and providing a series of supporting services and resource docking for the incubating enterprises, so as to build a digital economy industrial cluster and entrepreneurial ecology.

With this incubator as the support, Microsoft will help the leading technology to be applied to application demonstration projects such as artificial intelligence and big data in Zhengdong New District, and make substantial contributions in improving local intelligent technology innovation capability and developing mobile Internet-based information industries such as Internet of Things and blockchain.
