On the afternoon of February 8, 2021, the launching ceremony of the Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Overseas Offshore Innovation Center hosted by the Zhengdong New District Management Committee and undertaken by the Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Management Committee, the German-Chinese Innovation Alliance and the Sino-British Science and Technology Innovation Platform was held in Longzihu The first floor hall of the Central Plains Science and Technology City Management Committee, Hamburg, Germany, and London, England were successfully held. The chairman of the platform Ren Xiang was in the main venue of Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, and the vice chairman Lin Qing and co-founder Mr. Adam Waynes attended the launching ceremony in the UK branch.
At the launching ceremony, Lin Qing delivered a speech on behalf of the platform and, together with Adam Waynes, unveiled the British Centerline of the Overseas Offshore Innovation Center of Zhongyuan Science and Technology City. Lin Qing said in her speech that the establishment of the offshore innovation center has added more international attributes to the Zhongyuan Science and Technology City and opened a green channel for Zhengzhou to link the development of overseas scientific and technological innovation resources. In 2021, the platform will fully assist the construction and operation of the offshore innovation center in the UK. Under the support and guidance of the Zhengdong New District Management Committee, the 14th Five-Year Plan and long-term goals of Henan Province and Zhengzhou City will be implemented with practical actions, and will be fully utilized. We will play a good role as a bridgehead for China-UK international exchanges and cooperation, promote international regional cooperation with foreign non-governmental exchanges, facilitate the industrial innovation and development of the Eastern District, enhance the internationalization level of Zhengzhou, and accelerate the pace of opening up and building a strong province in Henan Province.
Relying on the huge market advantages, development prospects and advanced innovation resources of the United Kingdom, the Zhongyuan Science and Technology City Overseas Offshore Innovation Center and the Zhongyuan Science and Technology City carry out the transformation of results, industry acceleration, and talent exchanges between the two places.
